Uma Thurman can’t wait to turn 40
September 19th, 2009 - 1:22 pm ICT by ANILondon, September 19 (ANI): Uma Thurman is excited about turning 40 and claims that the past decade hasn’t been all that easy.
“I can’t say my 30s were the easiest time. And I had thought my 20s were hard!” the Sun quoted her as telling W mag.
The ‘Kill Bill’ star believes that a woman cannot afford to relax even though her life may be well set.
She said: “That’s the worst mistake a woman can make, to think, ‘Oh, I’m 32 and I’ve had two kids and I’ve worked since I was 16 and now it’s going to get easier.’
“As soon as you think that, you’re doomed! You’re absolutely doomed!”
Thurman recently did a Marilyn Monroe inspired photo-shoot for a magazine. (ANI)
