U2’s album may have been leaked by record firmFebruary 23rd, 2009 - 1:17 pm ICT by IANS
London, Feb 23 (IANS) Rock band U2’s yet unreleased new album was leaked online and the culprit may have been their own record label.
Contactmusic.com reports that U2’s album “No Line On The Horizon” is supposed to be released on Feb 27. But copies of the album were already available when it was released by the Australian branch of Universal’s Music Group.
Fans got to download and share the album for many hours. It was then rectified and the songs were pulled out. There have been no comments from Universal or from the band.
