Los Angeles, Jan 28 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Charlie Sheen’s publicist, Stan Rosenfield, has told the USA TODAY that the star has been released from the hospital.
It may be recalled that Sheen was rushed to the hospital on Thursday. The cause of his “severe abdominal pain” that forced him to the hospital is still a mystery but Rosenfield insists he is well enough to return the set of “Two and a Half Men” next Tuesday.
Rosenfield told Gossip Cop that, “Charlie Sheen left the hospital last night and is at home. He will be on the set of “Two and a Half Men””.
Rosenfield denied earlier Internet reports that drugs were the cause of Sheen’s hospitalization. He wouldn’t however say what exactly caused the actor to have the pains.
That question was answered by Sheen’s best friend, he explained that Sheen laughed so much that he literally triggered hernia pains.
Sheen has struggled with drugs in the past. In a bid to overcome his addiction, the star checked into a rehab facility. However after the program, it is suggested that he still has the problem.
The Hollywood Reporter reports that the star may be forced to enter a rehabilitation facility. His character in “Two and a Half Men” may be killed to allow him seek help.
