Twilight star Nikki Reed takes Jaden Smith as her ‘date’ to Eclipse premiere

London, June 29 (ANI): Twilight actor Nikki Reed took The Karate Kid star Jaden Smith as her date to the premiere of Twilight Saga: Eclipse in Los Angeles.
The 22-year-old actress said that she took Jaden as her date for the premiere after his father American actor Will Smith introduced both of them, reports The Daily Star.
“I invited him when we were on The Ellen DeGeneres Show together. Will Smith came into my room and was like, ‘It would be really cool if you could say hi to my son.’ My jaw was, like, on the floor. I was drooling and flabbergasted. I was like, ‘Yeah, sure! I can meet your son,” Reed told E! Online.
“And then Jaden comes in and he’s like, ‘Hey, what’s up?’ because he’s so cool. He taught me some karate moves and I was like, ‘Do you want to be my date to the Eclipse premiere because I don’t have a date’.
“I guess that makes me a cougar. Yeah, I’m a cougar,” Reed joked. (ANI)
