Washington DC, Jun 16 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Close friends turned arch rivals Tupac Shakur and Biggie are together once more. The only twist in the tale, is that both of them have been dead for more than a decade. But all the same they are being brought together by Madame Tussauds.

The wax figures of both the dead rappers would be displayed in the Washington DC museum from today, on the occasion of the birthday celebrations of Tupac Shakur.

Both of the rappers died an untimely death, when they were gunned down in the nineties. Tupac was just 25 years old and Biggie was just 24 years old, when they were killed. Tupac was killed in 1996, whereas Biggie was killed in 1997. And the other similarity between them is that, their murders are still unresolved.

Madame Tussauds released a statement about the exhibits that, “Tupac and Biggie are widely recognized as two of the greatest hip-hop artists and rappers of all time. Their influence on and absence from the hip-hop community can still be felt today — more than a decade after their tragic deaths. At Madame Tussauds Washington D.C their figures will be displayed together for the first time in the attraction’s Glamour Room.”
