July 30, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Black metal band Trident has confirmed their first ever show in North America. US fans of the band and of Black Metal in general, would have the chance of seeing them live this autumn.
Come October the 2nd, this Swedish metal quartet will set foot on Brooklyn soil with an intention to sonically devastate metal diehards from the NYC-area. They would do so at a particular one-off U.S. appearance at the Club Europa.
This would be the band’s only North American show for the year 2010. The band’s bassist, Alexander Friberg said that they were proud to be gigging in North America and show US metal fans the might of the band.
Trident is supporting their debut album aptly entitled “World Destruction’. The album was released by the extreme metal label Regain Records. The album was released in March 2010. The album was recorded at the Sonic Train Studios in Varberg in Sweden.
