Louisiana, Feb 15 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Country music performer Trace Adkins tour bus got involved in a crash that left 2 people dead too. The accident happened in the wee hours of Saturday morning. The tour bus was on its way to a concert in Bossier City, Louisiana, when it had a head-on collision with a pickup truck. Unfortunately in this head-on collision, the driver and one passenger of the truck was killed.

There were many people in the musician’s truck who were injured in the collision, and they were taken to the hospital and given medical aid too. They didn’t suffer from many injuries, and were released from the hospital in some time. However Adkins fans needn’t be disappointed, as he was not present on the tour bus, when the mishap happened. He was already present on the concert venue CenturyTel Center in Bossier City right outside of Shreveport, LA. He said that despite the mishap, the concert would go on, as usual, but all the same it would be a scaled down version in lieu of the 2 deaths. The show would also be scaled down, since the band members were assaulted. Trace Adkins however canceled a show on Sunday night in Pensacola.

Trace Adkins’ website had a statement which said that the pickup truck crossed the centerline and crashed with the tour bus in the head-on collision. The statement also expressed concern for the families of the dead people.
