‘Toy Story 3′ top-grossing film of 2010
January 7th, 2011 - 4:48 pm ICT by ANILondon, Jan 7 (ANI): ‘Toy Story 3′ has beaten ‘Avatar’ and ‘Harry Potter’ to be 2010’s biggest film in the UK and Ireland.
It was the top-grossing film at the box office in the UK and Ireland in 2010, figures released by Screen International show, reports the BBC.
The animated movie took a total of 73.8 million pounds, pushing James Cameron’s 3D film, which took 67 million pounds, into the runner-up spot.
‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1′ was third with 48.7 million pounds, and ‘Alice in Wonderland’ landed the fourth spot withy 42.2 million pounds.
‘Inception’ rounded off the top five with 35.8 million pounds. (ANI)
