London, Aug 9 (THAINDIAN NEWS) TOWIE stars Lydia Bright and Sam and Billie Faiers have launched a new workout DVD. The curious thing about the video is the outfit that the trio wore for the workout. The video is expected to be released in October and the price is £19.99.

Some shots of the video have made it on the Internet. The pictures show Sam, Billie and Lydia wearing bright and skimpy crop tops. In another shot which has ended up on the Internet, the trio can be seen wearing racy black outfits that looks like a lingerie.

The shots of the video were uploaded on the Internet by the three. 20-year-old Sam tweeted last month during the filming of the DVD that, “Break for lunch!! Acting and looking like spice girls today haha @LydiaRoseBright @BillieFaiers x x.”

In the video, the trio worked out to songs made in the 80s and the 90s. The sessions are made up of three twenty-minute parts.

Sam and sister Billie partied recently following the wrap of the DVD filming. Sam tweeted that, “Wow just woke up from last nights party!! Wicked night! I’m still drunk! Me and @chazrack have put a pizza in the oven for breakfast? Mmm.”
