London, June 4 (ANI): An American politician has demanded Sir Paul McCartney to publicly apologise for cracking a joke at former US President George W. Bush’s expense.
Republican John Boehner was left fuming when the former Beatle took a dig at the Bush’s intellect as he made an appearance at the White House becoming the first non-American to receive the Gershwin Prize for Popular Song from President Barack Obama, reports the Daily Star.
McCartney said: “After the last eight years, it’s great to have a president who knows where the library is.” (ANI)
