Jan 21, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The hot and enhanced “Jersey Shore” star, Jenni “JWoww” Farley, has been able to bring the legal battle under her control. Thanks to the judges, the interested people will not get to see her pre-liposuction and pre- second breast augmentation photos. Or else that could have been quite embarrassing for the hottie, now known for her assets. The photos were taken by none other than her ex-boyfriend, Tom Lippolis, who wanted to make these nude photos public, as he was apparently upset with the growing intimacy between his bombshell and Roger Williams.

Reportedly, these photos were taken without her permission, when the reality star was under the influence of “pre-surgical and post-surgical anesthesia”, in February. However, Tom Lippolis said that making these photos public would not have brought about any sense of embarrassment as she always wanted to pose for Playboy, and gave full consent whenever he asked for it. Jenni “JWoww” Farley’s attorney, Rudy Fusco said that obviously his hot client is very happy to hear the decision of the judges. He also added that back in September, they requested Tom Lippolis to give up the idea of messing up with her photos, and thereby avoid any legal hassles. However, the “possessive” boyfriend refused to do that.

Tom Lippolis described her photos in a very defaming and raunchy way, that could is indirectly creating a lot of embarrassment for the “Jersey Shore” Babe, but Tom Lippolis said that these pictures are nothing compared to the bigger problems that she has to face in her life. He also added that it does not surprise him that she is cheating on him, as she has similar track records of cheating on people.
