Radio listening is still an important source of entertainment for many US citizens and when shows like Tom Joyner Morning Show appears on air, radio listening turns to an absolute delight. This famous show across 38 US states, is named after the Albama born radio host Thomas Tom Joyner. The show is one of a kind and it that started in 1994 and invited commentators and comedians discussing the news of the day besides playing R&B songs of the 1970s as well as the contemporary ones. It also features a soap named “Its your World”.
But the show was again revived in 2005 which saw the inclusion of talent contests as well as performances of the present day music bands like Earth, Wind And Fire and also of artists like Brian McKright, Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds and Toni Braxton. Catering to mainly Afro-American listeners it is a huge success also because the host himself takes initiatives to use the media for philanthropic purposes like registering citizens for voter registration and also influencing people to help the Tony Joyner Foundation. He is also the founder of the REACH Media Inc. and BlackAmericanWeb.com.
This Joyner show was much in news for a couple of months since Tom’s slot had been replaced by Steve Harvey’s show that caused discontent amongst the fans of Joyner who were his regular listeners. The show also gives opportunities to listeners to call and express themselves.
Recently, LIGATT Security International CEO Gregory Evans came to the show and facets of cyber security was discussed that will surely prove to be helpful to the listeners.

This is for sybil:
Michael the legend what can I say as I still crying.
A doctor administering medications is unheard of in my profession. I am an RN and we give medications because we have been educated on doses and side effects. In an uncontrolled environment at home, no emergency equipment, no narcan to reverse the drug, and no AED Michael did not have a chance. We as a society continue to put MD’s and pharmacies on a pedestal and some of them are still killing our naive entertainers. It cannot bring him back but no one gets Demerol everyday unless they had surgery and then it is only for short term usage….I am appauled as a health care professional.
