Tom Hanks may star in Kathryn Bigeow’s ‘Sleeping Dogs’

The movie’s name was changed to “Sleeping Dogs” from “Triple Frontier” and it will reunite Mark Boal and Bigelow. It ought to be mentioned that Boal was the screenwriter for the movie “The Hurt Locker”.
The movie storyline will reveal the crime that exists on the border between Paraguay, Argentina and Brazil and center on the lives of five men with varying ages working at the area.
The first movie leading up to the “Sleeping Dogs”, “the hurt Locker” won six Oscars including the best picture award. That success raises the stakes for the upcoming movie and already several other top names in the movie industry have been associated with “Sleeping Dogs”. The director of the movie - Kathyrn also won the Oscar for the Best Direction. She in fact beat her ex-husband James Cameron, who was the director of Avatar to win the award.
Names like Leonardo DiCaprio, Christian Bale, Jeremy Renner and Sean Penn have all been associated with the project. Speculations are set to hit the sky regarding who will be on the upcoming movie.
