Tom Cruise And Katie Holmes Are Upset With Anne Hathaway

News are rife that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes might not turn up at the Oscars as their friend Anne Hathaway have made a mockery out of her. Reports are doing the rounds that Tom and Katie are very upset with Anne for making fun of Katie on television show ‘Saturday Night Live.’ This incident did not do down well with Tom and Katie who could not accept the fact that Katie was made fun of in front of millions of television viewers.
In order to avoid any awkwardness at the Oscars, Tom and Katie has decided to give the gala extravaganza a miss. Anne will be the host for the Oscars and the decision was taken by Tom and Katie to avoid her at the red carpet event. After all, no one really wants to make news for all the wrong reasons.
Tom and Katie had been friends with Anne in the past and they even made it for the Tina Turner concert in 2008. Anne was going through a difficult phase in her life, when she split up with her boyfriend Raffaello Follieri. Both her friends Tom and Katie gave her a shoulder to lean on during that time. It does come as a surprise to both of them that Anne could go to such heights. Tom and Katie are miffed with Anne as she never informed them that she was planning to do something like this. Both Tom and Katie have not confirmed their participation at the Oscars and cited their shooting schedules as the probable cause.
