Tina Fey Might Again Impersonate Sarah Palin In “SNL”

feyFeb 19, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Much acclaimed comedy artist Tina Fey has implied that her fans might see her returning to her popular impression of former Alaska governor Sarah Palin when she would be hosting “Saturday Night Live” later in the month of April. The “30 Rock” star has recently revealed to a news source that chances are quite high that she would be impersonating Sarah Palin in the popular sketch comedy show when she takes up the hosting duties in April.

However, given the fact that NBC network does not divulge details about the sketch comedy show’s upcoming episodes, no information has been available from the officials of the network. In a recent interview, the 39-year-old comedy artist reiterated that it was almost inevitable that the famous Sarah Palin impersonation by her would be repeated in the forthcoming episodes of the popular sketch comedy program. Moreover, the Emmy award-winning artist also implied that it is being considered whether the sketches would be aired on not. At the same time, the reputed actress also described her Sarah Palin impersonation as the strangest thing to have ever happened to her.

Tina Fey earned immense popularity because of her impression of the Republican politician in 2008. The month of September and October witnessed the comedy artist appear in “Saturday Night Live” in a series of parodies of the former Alaska governor. The comedian appeared in the sketch comedy show as Sarah Palin around four times which also enabled her to win an Emmy award for guest actor for her perfect impersonation of the Republican leader. In the same year, she was also won AP’s Entertainer of the Year award.
