May 24 (THAINDIAN NEWS) After trying many very famous names, and being turned down by each, it seems as though Dr. Drew may have finally found a new celebrity to rehabilitate. Tila Tequila, who is reported by the New York Daily News to have risen to fame after the death of her bisexual fiance, Casey Johnson’s tragic death has signed up for a stint on ‘Celebrity Rehab’. That is, of course, providing they can get another celebrity or two to join her, otherwise the show will have to be canceled.

In their report, TMZ did not name exactly what the addiction is that Tila Tequila is trying to kick. The Singapore born reality television star announced her engagement to Johnson and Johnson heiress Casey Johnson just months before the daughter of Jets owner Woody Johnson was found dead in her West Hollywood home on January 5th. The couple announced their engagement in a video which is embedded below, with a 17 carat diamond ring. Casey’s death was listed as diabetic ketoacidosis, although she had battled her own addictions with drugs and alcohol.

It was stated that celebrity rehab has chased after quite a few actors and celebrities which turned the show down. After coming up empty , they finally managed t land Tile Tequila, but if more do not agree to air their dirty laundry for the world, the show may face cancellation. Among those who have appeared on ‘Celebrity Rehab’ are Mackenzie Phillips, Daniel Baldwin, Brigitte Nielsen, and Tom Sizemore.
