Tiger, Jackie Shroff’s son is gearing up for his Bollywood debut with none other than Subhash Ghai, who also launched his father into Bollywood with Hero (1983). And his debut will be the remake of Hero.

Ghai has confirmed the news and added that while it is still early to talk about this, they are working on it. He will only be producing the film though, not directing it. They will rope in a young director and new team for this film as it is a contemporary film while Hero was made back in the “80s.

Ghai wanted to launch Tiger as he has known him since Tiger was born. He believes the boy is talented and the Shroffs are almost like family to him, so launching him was only natural.

Jackie’s wife and Tiger’s mother, Ayesha, shared a moment when Ghai placed a gold coin in her son’s hand when the latter was born and said that it was his first signing amount.
