Laugh your way through August! MAX, the Premium Movies and Special Events Channel is all set to make you laugh this August. With a series of laughter riots, MAX is determined that August will be a month to remember for all the moments you spent rolling on the floor and laughing uproariously! So get set for “Comedy is King”, a two week long comedy festival starting August 10 to August 21, and set aside 8 pm as laughter time every weekday!
From August 10 to August 21, every weekday, “Comedy is King” will give you your daily fix of rib tickling comedy films. The varied palate of offerings comprises of showstoppers like Partner (this glossy and feel-good comedy that entertains and regales you with the star power of Salman and Govinda, featuring Salman a as Love Guru who solves matters of the heart for his clients), Hadh Kar Di Aapne (a story that has Govinda spying on someone’s wife), Satte Pe Satta (a hilarious tale of seven unruly brothers and a woman who transforms them starring Amitabh Bachchan in an unforgettable role), Golmaal– Fun Unlimited, (a movie based on the lives of four mischievous guys bonded together by their notoriety and aimless life) along with a host of equally captivating and enjoyable movies like Apna Sapna Money Money, Kyo Kii… Main Jhuth Nahin Bolta, Good Boy Bad Boy and others.
