“The Wolfman” Trailer Creates Sufficient Buzz Online

wolfmanThe theatrical trailers of the movie ‘The Wolfman‘ are finally out and has taken the net by storm on Thursday, August 20. From the looks of it, the movie is looking like being a worthy contender in the best ever list of all the other movies in this genre, beginning with the very classic “American Werewolf In London.” The trailer is a little more than two minutes and in the duration achieves the objective for which it had been set. It genuinely scares the viewer.

The day seemed like an awfully exciting one for netizens, as the theatrical trailers for both “Wolfman” and James Cameron’s long awaited screen venture “Avatar” debuted online. From the looks of it, the promotional clips of “Wolfman” as well as the stellar cast has already created sufficient buzz, surrounding the remake of the 1941 horror classic.

The trailer does a lot to showcase just how gory the remake is going to be, beside giving a brief idea about the already known storyline as well as an insight in to the cast and characters. The story of the movie revolves around the terrible and inhuman curse that is inflicted upon Lawrence Talbot (essayed by Benicio del Toro) and how he transforms from a nobleman to a fearful, dreaded beast, under the spell of the curse.

The trailer featured Anthony Hopkins in the role of Lawrence’s father, Sir John Talbot, besides del Toro. Emily Blunt plays Gwen Conliffe in the film, the love interest of Lawrence, Hugo Weaving plays detective Aberline and Geraldine Chaplin is seen as the old Gypsy Maleva.
