the-biggest-loserNov 24, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The week ten of the popular television reality series, “The Biggest Loser: Pay It Forward” was aired yesterday on NBC. It was one of the most awaited episodes, as the slimmer and the more well toned contestants got a cool makeover, to surprise their family for the first time on the show.

The contestants got a make over and sported new clothes in order to participate in a fashion show for Susan G. Komen. All of them looked really gorgeous, as celebrity hair stylist, Ken Paves, gave them a nice haircut, hair coloring and eyebrow shaping to appear for a photo shoot for a popular tabloid magazine. The episode got all more emotional as all the seven remaining contestants met their family for the first time in ten weeks. Each of their family members were taken aback to see their obese child lost looking gorgeous like never before. A more emotional touch was incorporated in the episode as almost every one broke into tears to see their metamorphosed children after ten weeks.

However, yesterday’s challenge was rather a tough one. They could either walk or take a train at Angel’s Flight. Resorting to train would earn them one point, while walking would earn them five. The first one to gather 100 points would win a 2011 Ford Edge. It was Ada Wong and Brendan Donovan, who had a neck to neck competition, as they resorted solely on walking. However, the car finally came to Brendan Donovan, who scored a little more than the first runner up Ada Wong. Elizabeth Ruiz got up on the train five times to avoid fatigue and came last.
