Dec.31, (THAINDIAN NEWS) When the shocking news of Avenged Sevenfold Drummer James Own Sullivan broke out on the web it took the music industry by storm. 2009 has seen the untimely demise of a lot of music artists and stars. The demise of pop icon Michael Jackson was shocking enough. It was succeeded by the death of Farrah Fawcett and Brittany Murphy. So, when the talented drummer of Avenged Sevenfold passed away at 28, the fans were dumbstruck. It was said that the death was natural but people were at a loss to understand what could kill the young drummer and backup vocalist. The question that haunted everyone was whether the death was actually natural or some foul play involved.

The autopsy report is out but it has failed to lift the veil over the mystery surrounding the artist’s demise. Jim Amormino, who is a spokesperson for the sheriff of Orange County, said that a series of tests would be carried out to find the exact cause. These will comprise of laboratory tests, microscopic tests and toxicology tests. It is quite likely that all these will require some weeks. The artist was in his house near the Huntington Beach when he passed away. He used to share this house with his spouse. A few weeks back he had to undergo an eye surgery but this probably has got nothing to do with his sudden death.

Larry Jacobson, who is his manager, said that despite the surgery the artist did not suffer from any significant health problem. The fans of the band will have to wait for some more time to know the actual cause.
