‘The Lorax’ tops US box office
March 12th, 2012 - 3:37 pm ICT by IANSLos Angeles, March 12 (IANS) Animation film “The Lorax” has made its way to the top of the US box office after raking in $39.1 million at the weekend.
The computer-animated 3-D musical family film, voiced by Taylor Swift and Zac Efron, stole the number one spot from adventure movie “John Carter”, which is at the second place with earnings of $30.6 million, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
The film is based on Dr. Seuss’s book for children of the same name.
