The magnum opus is going to be directed by Joss Whedon. The actor said that he is pretty excited about playing the role which has been earlier essayed by actors Eric Bana and Edward Norton. However, in both the films the directors resorted to CGI for creating the massive sized monster with green body. The director of “The Avengers” will not use CGI but the actor will have to play the real Hulk as he made it clear in the interview. Advanced motion camera techniques will be used for shooting the sequences featuring the Incredible Hulk.

The motion capture technique that is going to be used in “The Avengers” had earlier been used in blockbusters like “King Kong” and “The Lord of the Rings” to great effects. This technique has also been used in some of the most notable animated movies of Hollywood in recent times. Actor Mark Ruffalo also said that he is spending a lot of time in getting into the skin of the character and he is also applying his own thoughts to portray the character in a new way.

“The Avengers” has already generated huge interest in the media for its impressive star cast that includes some of the most popular actors in Hollywood. The Incredible Hulk is also a very popular comic book character and that is why the actor is so cautious about his approach to the role. The movie has a 2012 release date.
