Los Angeles, Oct 20 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Reality TV ‘The Hills’ star Stephanie Pratt has been released from custody following her arrest for a possible DUI. Pratt was pulled over by police in Hollywood in the early hours of Sunday for an equipment violation, after she was returning from a party.

Pratt was arrested her outside the birthday party venue in Hollywood and booked into a jail in the San Fernando Valley. She was released several hours later after she posted a $5000 bail, according to Sergeant Mark Cohan of the Los Angeles Police Department.

The police gave her two breathalyzer tests and she failed one of them, then the blonde star was arrested and bail was set at $5,000. She was just over the 0.8 legal limit for California after her second breath test registered at the boundary figure of 0.9.

Stephanie Pratt spent a wild Saturday evening at a birthday party in Hollywood for Holly Montag. She was out with some fellow “Hills” stars at Empire, celebrating Holly Montag’s 26th birthday.

While the birthday party was in progress, then E! News wanted a sound byte from her, “I’m a party pooper tonight,” Pratt said. “I got bad news this morning. A friend passed away in a car accident, so everyone needs to drive safe.” This is ironical indeed as some time after this drive-safe statement she was arrested for DUI.
