The Hills Finale Airs On MTV

July 14, (THAINDIAN NEWS) MTV aired the finale of the hot reality series ‘The Hills’ on Tuesday July 13. The show wrapped up with Kristin Cavallari leaving for an unknown destination in Europe. She is seen saying goodbye to all her friends and Brody Jenner and then getting into a car. The camera follows the car for a while and pans unexpectedly towards the crew members who are behind the filming of the successful reality series.
After the wrap up, all the stars were seen in a after show broadcast sharing their experiences on the show and revealing their emotions while shooting the finale. Lo Bosworth said that she almost teared up thinking that this was the last episode. All the stars unanimously agreed that the ending of the show could not have been better. Liz Gateley who is the creator of the show, said in an interview that the wrapping up of the show was a bitter-sweet feeling. She also said that the departure of Lauren was one of the factors that gave the idea of discontinuing the show.
In a recent interview Kristin Cavallari said that she came into the show to change her image which she felt might be hampered in ‘Laguna Beach’. She also said that she was happy with the relationships she built on the show and said that was also friends with Lauren. A mysterious absence of Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag was felt in the after show broadcast. Heidi Montag’s sister was seen becoming emotional when a montage was shown on screen of Heidi Montag’s moments on the show.
