The night of 3rd June witnessed the season finale of the dating show, “The Cougar”. In this reality show, a woman has to pick from among 20 attractive younger men the one that she wanted to be her soul mate.

The lucky woman with the 20 handsome options was the 40 year old Stacy Anderson and in the season finale she had to choose between the affections and charms of 23-year-old Jimmy and 25-year-old Colt. The finale, as promised, was a good and interesting watch. Both Jimmy and Colt got to meet Stacey’s four daughters. The winner would get the chance of asking Stacy to spend the rest of her life with him.

As the final moment arrived and as the hearts of everyone beat faster in the house, Stacy announced her final verdict. She chose the 23-year-old Jimmy, a personal trainer from San Francisco, to be the winner of the “Cougar.” And as promised, she accepted a wedding proposal and a ring from Jimmy at the end of the show.

Even before the first episode of the show was aired, Jimmy had been confident of winning the show all along. So when Stacy chose him to be the winner he was not too surprised or shocked. He remained calm and composed and took the moment as it came.

Colt, the second of the two finalists is a musician from Los Angeles and from the very beginning he had been able to catch the attention of Stacy, but unfortunately the attention just did not last.
