With a cult following, the movie has gone down as one of the most significant movies in history. The auction house which will supervise the sale say there were four cardigans during the production of the movie. However the one which is going to be placed on sale during the auction will be the one worn by Bridges in the movie.

About the cardigan, the auction listing reports that, “Bridges wore this vintage sweater exclusively during the entire production, preferring to wear it all the time and thus delve deeper into the ‘Dudeness’ required of the role.”
