June 22 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi from the matchmaking television reality show “The Bachelor” have reportedly split up, leaving the show’s success rate back down to one out of the fourteen couples who have been matched on the show.

The couple’s rep made a statement to ‘OK’ which read, “Jake and Vienna have split and appreciate the respect for their privacy at this time.” The only couple which has gotten together on ‘The Bachelor’ and remained together until marriage is Jason Mesnick and Molly Melaney. They were married in February after being matched on the show.

Two other couples are still together after being matched on the five seasons of the reality show called ‘The Bachelorette’. Ryan Sutter wed Trista Rehn on ABC in 2003, and Ed Swiderski is engaged to Jillian Harris.

Jake and Vienna were engaged on the season finale of ‘The Bachelor’s’ fourteenth season, and Jake went on to perform on ‘Dancing With The Stars’. During that show Jake stated that he would love for his dance partner, Chelsie Hightower to choreograph his and Vienna’s wedding dance.

He added, “We’re a little ways away from that … We’re trying to have a really mature relationship now. We have two nights a week where cell phones go away no matter what’s going on and we spend the evening together, walk down the beach. It’s just her and me.”
