Dec.26, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The actress who proudly blurted out that her mother was instrumental in her rising of the ladder of success, had legally entitled her mother, Sharon Murphy, to be the owner of her property. The token of love which Brittany Murphy bestowed on her mother shows the immense fondness she had for her mother. The will was made before she got hitched with Simon Monjack and now after her unfortunate demise, who will have the rights to her property is a matter which remains unresolved. The reasons behind Brittany Murphy’s death is being attributed to a cardiac arrest but her husband is geared up to lay his hands on the main reason that led to her unfortunate death.

The fact that whether some post nuptials changes were made in her will is yet to be traced out. Brittany Murphy’s better half, Simon Monjack will get no share of his wife’s property if the news doing the rounds is proved to be true. Her mother was by her side when the menacing footsteps of death approached her on that deadly night in her Hollywood home. Her mother was the first one to get hold of the fact that her daughter was lying unconscious in the bathroom and made earnest efforts to save her child, but destiny had some other fate stored for her.

The plush and swanky mansion in which Brittany Murphy and her husband lived may now be lawfully owned by Brittany Murphy’s mother, and Simon Monjack may have to make pack his bags and settle somewhere else.
