Tess Daly and hubby go on ‘date nights’ to spice up their marriage
September 6th, 2010 - 2:47 pm ICT by ANILondon, Sept 6 (ANI): ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ star Tess Daly has spoken out that she and hubby Vernon Kay have lived together for the sake of their children and now they go on “date nights” to spice up their marriage.
“The girls will always be our priority,” the Sun quoted Tess as saying.
“We both realised that our common goal was seeing our future together.
“Vernon and I met when we were young - he was 26 and I was his first proper girlfriend - so we’ve been through a lot of growing pains.
“We’ll get dressed up and go for a nice dinner but we’re never one of these couples sat with nothing to say!” she added.
However, Tess, 39, who returns as co-host of ‘Strictly’ on Saturday, says they have moved on and are focusing on kids Phoebe, 5, and Amber, 9. (ANI)
