Tell-all book about Oprah Winfrey’s life to be adapted into movie

Washington, July 13 (ANI): Oprah Winfrey’s life story is to be made into movie.
Filmmaker Larry A. Thompson has acquired the rights to Kitty Kelley’s controversial book Oprah: A Biography and is turning it into a film.
The director admits he is finding it a challenging task to find someone right for the role of Winfrey.
“Oprah Winfrey’s fascinating journey from rural Mississippi to the world stage is packed with simple truths and complicated personalities…”Contactmusic quoted Thompson as saying.
“Casting someone to play Oprah will be the real challenge. We are planning to audition both known and unknown actresses,” Thompson added.
However, Winfrey won’t be too pleased with the news of the film though. Last year, she had slammed the book calling it a ’so called biography’. (ANI)
