Taylor’s health improving: Representative
February 28th, 2011 - 6:34 pm ICT by IANSLos Angeles, Feb 28 (IANS) Veteran actress Elizabeth Taylor, who was admitted to Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre earlier this month with symptoms of heart failure, is improving.”Elizabeth Taylor’s doctors continue to be encouraged by her progress. She is in good spirits and continues to feel stronger every day,” contactmusic.com quoted her representative as saying.
For the 78-year-old, who underwent heart surgery in 2009, medical experts have advised plenty of rest for full recovery.
“She is sleeping and resting a lot, which she really needs to recover her strength. Due to symptoms of congestive heart failure, she is still being monitored and continues to need rest to recover her strength. She did not have a heart attack,” the representative added.
