Taylor Swift Unveils Her Wax Statue At Madame Tussauds

October 29, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Numerous Taylor Swift fans thronged at the Madame Tussauds in Time Square to witness the unveiling of the wax figurine of famous country singer Taylor Swift. The singer herself was present at the venue to inaugurate the wax figure. As people were waiting for the celebrity country singer to arrive, loudspeakers played songs from her latest album ‘Speak Now’ and the fans sang along. The TV crews, paparazzi and the photographers went berserk.
At the moment of the unveiling, the beautiful singer made her way to the cloaked wax figure and let the fans catch a glimpse of her wax replica for the very first time. Taylor Swift was dressed in an outfit identical to the one worn by her wax counterpart. The dress in which Swift has been immortalized has been designed by the famous designer Jenny Packman. The expensive dress has been provided to the Madame Tussauds by Swift herself.
The wax Taylor Swift was seen holding up a custom made guitar, you would be wrong if you thought that it was nay ordinary guitar. The guitar was fully pimped out with more than 2000 swarovski crystals. Swift was clearly overjoyed to see her Wax version. The singer complimented that artists for creating a perfect lookalike and thanked everyone for their contribution to this project.
During the event, Taylor said that her new album ‘Speak Now’ has been inspired from the last two years of her life and she has penned down emotions that are close to heart in this one.
