Taylor Swift turns 22 years old
December 14th, 2011 - 11:11 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattLos Angeles, Dec 14 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Singer Taylor Swift turned 22 years yesterday (the 13th of December 2011). The singer though spent very little time celebrating the day instead going to the studio to continue work on her upcoming album.
Swift is currently doing the studio works on her fourth album. Contact Music confirmed that Swift was in the studio to continue working on the tracks of the album. The singer has so far been a huge success since she came out with her maiden track ‘Tim McGraw.’
Staying in the studio did not stop fans from sending their well wishes to the country singer. Reacting to the affection from her fans on the special day, Swift wrote on her Twitter page that, “Best. Birthday. Ever. Thank you for all the birthday wishes. You made me feel really special today (sic).”
She later tweeted an image of herself at the studio to her fans on the miniblogging site. Her record label Big MAChine presented her with a birthday cake to commemorate the occasion. She posted an image of the cake as well and wrote “Took a break from the studio to visit the label, where they gave me this!”
The name of Swift’s next album has not been named.
