Taylor Swift to buy $3.5 mn mansion?
April 24th, 2011 - 5:31 am ICT by IANSLondon, April 24 (IANS) Singer Taylor Swift is reportedly in search of a “small, charming and very secluded” property in Beverly Hills and might zero in on a mansion worth $3.55 million.
The 21-year-old, who resides in Nashville, Tennessee, will not shift out permanently. But she wants to buy a home in the upscale neighbourhood so that she does not have to stay in hotels whenever she visits southern California, reports dailymail.co.uk.
The prospective house, built on 1.5 acres of land, is quite grand with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The living room is cosy, and decorated in creams and warm reds.
A wood-panelled library could take care of her books in case Swift is an avid reader, while the kitchen has enough room to entertain people with its large cook-top and extensive bench-space.
Taylor will be able to rest well in the master bedroom, which boasts of a king-size four-poster bed, soft carpeting and sophisticated black and cream-etched wall paper.
The new property also features a tennis court.
