Taylor Swift Speaks Japanese For Upcoming Album

October 28, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Singer Taylor Swift is reportedly speaking in the Japanese lingo these days. It was on David Letterman’s ‘Late Show’ that the American singer says that while she is traveling to several countries to promote her upcoming album, she feels that communication with the country’s people is an important step towards making her album a success in the overseas market, and that is why she tries her best to speak to her fans in their own mother tongue.
Taylor Swift has been to countries like France, Italy and Japan over the past few months with work related to her album. Media reports claim that the singer is now so well-versed in Japanese that she could speak in the language for a 90 minute stretch at a live performance in the Asian country. When David Letterman said that he did not believe her, Taylor Swift replied that not only was her learning power good, but she also possesses the quality of memorizing in various languages, and that surely helps her to pick up any language quick.
he David Letterman ‘Late Show’ also featured the singer speaking in Japanese, so now people have to believe that Taylor Swift has indeed mastered the language!
