Taylor Swift may sue over topless pics

The singer’s lawyers have subsequently notified the website, Celebrity Jihad, to remove the picture and correct the wrong impression that the picture is that of Swift.
TMZ reports that the website published an image of a blonde topless woman and gave the photo the caption “Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?” The lawyers of the singer claim that the website tried to attack the personality of their client with the publication. The legal team has subsequently labeled the action of the website as spreading “false pornographic images” and false news.
Celebrity Jihad published the image on its website and claimed that the picture has a “striking resemblance” to Swift. The website has not made any official comment about the threat from the lawyer of Swift. Daily Mail reported that their attempt to get in touch with the website has not been returned.
The lawyers say their action is aimed at protecting the image of the singer who is currently promoting her personal fragrance called Wanderstruck. The fragrance is the first of the singer who has announced that her next album will be released in 2012.
