Los Angeles, Feb 1, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The 52nd Annual Grammy Awards ceremony was an event that would be remembered by Taylor Swift all her life as the country music artist won the much coveted Album of the Year honor for her second album ‘Fearless’. The recognition for the talented young singer did not just end there as she was declared the winner in three other categories which included best country album for ‘Fearless’, best female country vocal performance as well as best country song for the popular track “White Horse”.

While accepting the honor, the 20 year old musical artist, who was visibly delighted, exclaimed that the fact that she can take the award back to Nashville meant a lot to her. As the Staples Center roared with applause, Taylor Swift dedicated the award to her father and added that her family must be losing their minds with happiness on her winning the much coveted recognition.

The Grammy awards 2010 surely turned out to be a huge treat for all the fans of the “Tim McGraw” singer as she managed to grab four awards out of the eight nominations that were bestowed on her. However, the night had more in store for Taylor Swift’s fans as she gave a scintillating performance with Fleetwood Mac singer Stevie Nicks, which was immensely enjoyed by the audiences.

The Grammy Award winner mesmerized the audiences with a beautiful rendition of her hit track “Today Was a Fairytale”, which was followed by a duet with Stevie Nicks. Together they performed the classic “Rhiannon” and then performed the hit single “You Belong With Me”, which left the audiences spellbound.
