Taylor Hicks says that he would like to date Kate Gosselin

Los Angeles, Mar 19 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Former American Idol Taylor Hicks says that he would like to date the ‘Jon & Kate: Plus 8’ star Kate Gosselin. “I would totally date her,” Taylor Hicks said to PopEater when he was asked about Kate Gosselin. “I have always said I wanted nine kids, so it would be perfect!” The American Idol winner is presently a star in Grease, and is quite relieved with the fact that there isn’t too much media spotlight on him right now.
However some critics are of the opinion, that Hicks is just trying to get some media attention with this statement, as he said this with a wink and a nudge. He hasn’t been in the spotlight since some time, and so might be trying to get some cheap publicity.
Meanwhile Kate Gosselin has also being in the news for the makeovers. She had a makeover, just after her divorce, which had costed a whooping $7000. But since she wasn’t very happy with the hairdo, so she had it altered a bit. And now she is going to star in the show Dancing With The Stars, and for that she has opted for yet another hairdo. She would have the hair extensions (which she got as a part of the $7000 hairdo) removed. She has roped in the celeb hair stylist Ted Gibson for the job, and he also confirmed the news that she is going in for a new hairdo.

As both publicity spokesperson as well as star of Grease, Taylor has received millions of dollars of media exposure in all the cities where Grease has played. He has appeared on many TV shows (most of them shown again on YouTube), radio and newspaper articles. He really doesn’t need this type of extra publicity. He had been drinking and probably said this in jest. But who knows, maybe in one way he’s attracted to her and her brood. They would make an odd couple though. He’s handsome to the point of being gorgeous, and Kate is — well, she’s Kate. He’s probably given it a lot of thought since sobering up.

Who else but the media is interested in Kate Gosselin? I have heard Taylor was invited to a gay bar called The Townhouse to meet with Rob Shuter who wrote the story. He probably was celebrating St. Patrick’s Day and didn’t realize how much beer he had been drinking when he made those silly remarks. Probably wanted to take it all back when he sobered up.

Taylor please date Kate! That way we can watch the train wreck of a life you will be living. We will take delight in Kate emasculating you in public with her smartarse wicked way she speaks to people she cares about. What a sad excuse for a woman, mother and human that shrew is. I can’t stand to watch her for any length of time.

I don’t understand why people hate Kate - she is a very busy person who is trying to provide for her kids .. her husband got yelled at just like nearly every husband does when he isn’t “helping” with anything.. he is one lazy guy .. but had time enough to go out and drink and meet women … I’m a big fan of Taylor Hicks and I think he was joking around. He is a nice man - so who knows?
