Tareq And Michaele Salahi Crash White House Dinner, Post Photos On Facebook

Nov.26, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Michaele Salahi and husband Tareq Salahi, the aspiring reality television couple, sparked a controversy when they gate crashed the state dinner organized at the White House on Tuesday. The state dinner was organized in honor of Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in a South Lawn tent. The details regarding how the couple managed to get in the dinner is still unclear but this is the first instance when anybody has successfully managed to crash a White House dinner.
The couple, who are likely to appear in the new show “The Real Housewives of Washington”, have also posted pictures of the dinner with dignitaries such as Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr and Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel in the social networking site Facebook. Apart from these, the couple were also seen with a number of other celebrities such as ABC network’s Robin Roberts and Katie Couric of CBS news among others.
At the same time, White House officials have emphasized that the Salahi couple were not invited to the state dinner, which was organized at a tent in South Lawn and was attended by the First Couple and a host of other eminent dignitaries. However, this did not stop them from being a part of the much talked about event in a bid to be seen with the dignitaries. As a result, the couple somehow managed to breach the tight security and attend the high profile dinner. In their Facebook profile, the couple expressed that they were honored to be at the state dinner with all the esteemed personalities.
