Taraji P Henson Does Naked PETA Anti-Fur Ad

Jan 28 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Oscar winning actress Taraji P Henson recently stripped down for PETA in a new campaign against fur wearing. While showing off her body, the words “Fur? I’d rather go naked.” are posted in the foreground. Taraji P Henson stated that there was a time when she wore fur without even thinking about it, until she watched a documentary which showed that sometimes animals are even skinned alive for their fur.
The actress stated, “I was riveted. I cried. You don’t have to kill an animal just because you want to be hot and fly. And I really stand by that….When I realized what went into—not just, we’re not just even talking about a full-length fur coat, I’m talking about just … fur on your gloves or on your jacket or—what goes into making that little piece of fur ripped my heart out. And as humans, we have control. What if someone said, ‘Black skin is the new fur?’”
The PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) ad also states, “Animals killed for their fur are often electrocuted, drowned, beaten, and often skinned alive. Be comfortable in your own skin, and let animals keep theirs.
