Tamsin Egerton wants to star in ‘The Wizard of Oz’ remake

The actress feels she is competitive enough to fill in the shoes of
Judy Garland, who starred in the classic film.
“I have heard that they are making one. I’m classically trained at singing, so I could do all the songs and everything . . . not that I am pushing myself forward,” the Telegraph quoted her as saying.
The English beauty said she doesn’t mind moving to Hollywood.
She added: “I’ve got an American agent now, so it would be good. Hopefully, I’ve got some auditions in the new year.”
Egerton was present at the premiere of St Trinian’s 2: The Legend of Fritton’s Gold in Leicester Square. (ANI)
