Chennai, India, Mar 18, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Well known Tamil actor Goudamani is being reported to be dead, although the authenticity of the story is anybody’s guess. Like many of the rumors that keep circulating on the internet about one celebrity or the other, this one too had possibly been started by some prankster. However, there is more mystery to this one than all of the other death rumors put together. For one, the rumor started with the reports that the actor had been admitted to the hospital. The complications arose when some sources reported that even this news has been trashed by none other than the very family of the actor.

However, there can be no doubt that the rumors surfaced after the reports of Goudamani being admitted to the hospital on the night of Monday, after he complained of extreme uneasiness and chest pains, in accompaniment with respiratory problems. He was rushed to the Apollo Hospital, a privately run establishment located in Chennai, close to his residence in Teynampet. Reportedly, members of the film fraternity and the family of Goudamani, along with many of his friends, came over to the hospital to visit the ailing star.

However, apparently even this report got trashed by family of the actor, according to some sources. According to reports, the family claimed that the actor was absolutely in sound health. Reports get even more confusing from here, with some sources reporting that Goudamani is fast recovering from his illness, though he is still in the hospital, where he had been put under the care of an expert medical team, and that he would be discharged soon. Other reports state that he had succumbed to his illness, though no details are available.
