T-Series acquires audio rights of Kunal Kohli’s untitled film starring Saif Ali Khan

August 24, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): After the acquisition of Reliance Big Music catalogue in December last year and biggest acquisition yet of Eros Music Catalogue -the largest record-label in the country, T-Series has now acquired the audio rights of Shree Ashtavinayak Cinevision “s forthcoming film directed by Kunal Kohli starring Saif Ali Khan.
The untitled film is another addition in the T-Series kitty who have already acquired the audio music rights to Ashtavinayak’s front liner films including Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal 3 and Farah Khan’s Tees Maar Khan .
Says Vinod Bhanushali , T-Series president - marketing media publishing “We have been associated with Ashtavinayak for some of their earlier films. Also the fact that we have worked together earlier and share a certain comfort level with them is one of the reasons we signed this acquisition deal ”
Being the largest record-label in the country, T-Series has one of the most extensive distribution networks across all entertainment verticals globally and had inked a 5 film music deal with Ashtavinayak Cinevision Ltd.
