London, April 15 (ANI): American actor Patrick Swayze’s widow is planning to adopt kids so as to start her family which she and Swayze always wanted.
Actress Lisa Niemi admits that not taking heed of fertility treatment while Swayze was alive was her biggest fault.
Niemi is still horrified with the miscarriage she suffered when she was with Swayze, reports The Daily Express.
And now, she wants to adopt a baby girl or a boy.
“Other single people do adopt. I’ve always wanted a child,” she told The Globe.
The Globe also reported that the couple had given a thought to adopting a child from Russia before Swayze was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
Niemi said that they should have been keener to find out more about fertility treatment.
“We should have probably investigated with fertility doctors, but we didn’t,” Niemi said. (ANI)
