Suzanne Tracht In “Top Chef Masters”June 18th, 2009 - 8:04 pm ICT by GD
The June 17 episode of “Top Chef Masters” was the second one of season 1 of the newly launched show on Bravo. Every Wednesday at 10:00 p.m, the new show on the Bravo network promises to be a show that is going to go down really well with the audience. This is good news for many, especially for those who are agitated during the break between the seasons of “Top Chefs” to appear on television. The “Top chef Masters” is a more than worthy filler for them.
For last night’s episode, the competing celebrity guests were Suzanne Trach (Jar), Graham Elliot Bowles (Graham Elliot Restaurant), Wylie Dufresne and Elizabeth Falkner (Orson & Citizen Cake). That is the most amazing thing about the show. Here, the contestants are not from among the viewers, who try winning hard; it is the platform where famous well known chefs from around the globe take up the challenge to win.
It is fun to watch the elite chefs battle it out against each other, as they don’t have to prove their ability, but for sheer light hearted fun. Most of these ‘Master’ chefs have been invited on other television cookery shows as judges and it is for the first time that they will be appearing as participants.
Suzanne Tracht has her restaurant by the name JAR in Los Angeles and TRACHT’s in Long Beach. On yesterday’s show, she along with the other contestants were challenged to cook meals that were inspired by the ABC’s hit show “Lost” with the episode title being “The Lost Supper”. They had to concoct meals using such ingredients as fish, wild boar, fresh fruits and other varying island specialties.
