Suspect in Hollywood publicist slaying case shoots himself
December 2nd, 2010 - 6:08 pm ICT by ANINew York, Dec 02 (ANI): A man who was reportedly connected to Hollywood publicist Ronni Chasen’s death shot himself after police attempted to serve a search warrant at a Los Angeles hotel where he was staying.
As per the Los Angeles times, the man whose, identity and link to Chasen were not known, shot himself to death.
Sources informed investigators believe he was involved in her death, reports the New York Post.
Chasen was shot on November 16 after attending the premiere of the new Cher film ‘Burlesque’, the soundtrack of which she was pushing for an Oscar nomination.
The 64-year-old was shot inside her car before crashing into a lamppost near the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Whittier Avenue in Beverly Hills. (ANI)
