Susan Sarandon filming Ping-Pong docu
June 29th, 2010 - 5:56 pm ICT by ANILondon, June 29 (ANI): American actress Susan Sarandon’s passion for the table game Ping-Pong will now see her come up with a new reality TV series.
The 63-year-old actress is an investor in Manhattan’s SPiN club that was launched in September 2009.
The SPiN club offers Ping Pong lovers a place to hangout and refine their skills.
And now Sarandon is making an episodic documentary about the growing trend Table Tennis professionals, including young players with dreams of making it to the Olympics, reports The Daily Express.
“We’re just in the early filming stages now. I’m not sure where we’re going to land in terms of our home because we want the tone of it to be funny and quite different than anything else that anybody’s seen before,” Sarandon told People.com. (ANI)
