Susan Sarandon and Tony Shalhoub to Attend Milwaukee Film Festival

Sep 28 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Milwaukee Film Festival will be running through October third this year, and Susan Sarandon and Tony Shalhoub are planning to attend. Sarandon is due to appear on Saturday for a screening of her 1991 movie “Thelma and Louise” at the Landmark Oriental Theater. She is also expected to be interviewed by a local film critic and then presented with a career achievement award.

Aside from her acting career, Sarandon is also the co owner of the newly opened table tennis social club known as SPiN Milwaukee. She also played in the new film by Oliver Stone called , “Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps,” which is opening in theaters on Friday.

Tony Shalhoub is a native of Green Bay and is expected to be at the festival on Thursday for the movie, “Feed the Fish” alongside the producer of the film and the director. It is a romantic comedy which was filmed in the northern part of Door County and in Los Angeles last year. Tony plays the part of the sheriff.
