Boyle’s groundbreaking performance on ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ has been viewed more than 120 million times worldwide.
The second video on YouTube’s list, called ‘David After Dentist,’ shows a disoriented 7-year-old sitting in the back seat of a car after he’s had dental surgery.
The video has been viewed more than 37 million times, reports the BBC.
The next top clip is the JK Wedding Entrance Dance. The video shows an entire wedding party dancing down the aisle to Chris Brown’s “Forever.”
Once the video went viral, Sony Music, which owns the song, posted a link enabling YouTube viewers to buy the single online and shared in profits from the ads that appeared alongside the video.
Rounding out the top five YouTube hits worldwide was the trailer for the latest “Twilight” movie, “New Moon,” with 31 million views, and an Evian commercial that featured roller skating babies, which garnered 27 million views.
This is the first time that YouTube, which is owned by Google, has released a list of their top videos.
